Thread: Ford steering pump

Has anybody fitted a pump from a ford or holden to a TDI motor??
If they have, can you give me a brief outline of what is req`d, please??

Saw a Lexus power steering pump on a mates vehicle on a run recently. It was a nice little set up that had the reservoir included in the pump. I am trying to find a picture of it on the interwebs.

On his he simply made a bracket to attach it to the front of the block and ran a pulley from the crank and alternator belt.
