If so, then you've got 7 ratio's to play with (2nd lockup being accessed by keeping the stick in "2" on the shifter ... same as 3rd lockup).
1-2-2Locked-3-3Locked-4-4Locked.
So the procedure would be to start off the line with the stick at 2 ... accelerate 1, 2, 2Locked, then shift the stick to 3rd .... 3rd lockup, then shift to 4th ... 4th lockup.
As for the D1 auto 3rd lockup modification, I reckon that should be a must have if your towing. Your vehicles transmission would be so much happier & cooler towing in 3rd locked than 4th slipping it tits off
