    Where's a good place to splice into the dash lighting on a Disco (1)?

    Probably off the headlight switch somewhere.

    Cigarette lighter socket light if near centre console or from one of the binacle switches if in the instrument cluster...

    Just the backlighting for three VDO gauges. Binnacle switches seems easy enough. Cheers.
