    I GOT 4 AMIGOS??!!??!!

    Pulled away from a set of lights this morning going into work and heard a sound I haven't had for over a year ... "DING DING DING...."

    Look down and theres the HDC, ABS, TC and a bonus light being the park brake "!" light.........

    Last time I had the 3 gents I pressure cleaned the calipers and it went away never to be seen until this morning. What I have never seen or heard of before is the park brake light come on with them.

    Turned off key, let sit for a minute and all bar the ABS light went off. Rolled around to the washbay out the back, hosed brakes out with pressure cleaner and all seems OK now.
    Have noticed a slight squeal under brakes just as it's about to stop so assuming this is the reason as it was before.
    My concern is the park warning....

    Anyone come across this??

    Hi Ron

    Yep certainly am.
    I had the airbox out last weekend while doing the intercooler and actually cleaned the earthpoints on the radiator support behind box and seal them with Würth Terminal seal as a "preventative" so hoping it's just the minor squeal causing it.

    Thinking I should have ordered the Nanocom before the EAS Kicker for the Rangie...

    Hit the wheels with the truck blaster and drove home. Hasn't re appeared so assuming brake dust etc.

    Next thing for the day, injector seals. Checked fluids for tomorrows run while quiet at work. Low & behold oil level up

    As im full of hayfever, can't smell a thing. Two of my mechanics both smelt diesel.
    Mind you, 130,000 odd and they haven't been done.....
