    It gives me the option of an easy to get to second spare when I'm on trips. Previously I've put them in the back but this is a real PITA when you have to change them.. get everything out, put wet / muddy spare in back etc.

    I got a bonnet mount kit for a good price and it will work a treat when I need to use it.
