TDV6 Engine Number

Can anyone tell me where I would find the engine number stamped on a 2.7 TDV6?

I can't recall where it is stamped, but if you remove the acoustic cover it is on a plate on the LH rocker cover.

Thanks - I have it on docs but roadworthy authorities always want to sight it.

Garry, If you want to site the engine number.....

Remove Body from chassis, Remove R/H exhaust manifold....

You get the picture.

The plate as Jon has said is under the accoustic cover.
It will end in 276DT.
