You can add High Compression pistons to your list if LPG is the fuel of flavour.
ok the punt i took on a D1 hasn’t turned out so good but not bad either.
A new motor is going in this week which gives me a block to play around with.
So open to suggestions and information, of which way to jump when building a 3.9 mainly for LPG and mostly town driving. as its SWMBOs wagon and its main duties will be shopping ( spending my hard earned dosh) and running minime to Kindy etc, thus that makes a 2" lift and 32" duelers mandatory.
Anyway back to this motor that I will have sitting in the garage.
top hat liners
extractors
bearing rings.
they are the obvious
but what about taking a bit off the head or deck to up the compression a bit, what sort of cam ( with an auto) etc etc
