Won't need anything with a 1" lift, it's only if you go over 2" that things change, I have a 4" lift coils in my Disco, works out to be about 65mm once it settled with all the gear in it and I only have extended bump stops, ABS sensors and brake lines, longer shocks, everything else is standard.

I wouldn't worry, once you load her up it will go back to standard height anyway.
