Here is a Pic of the crack/s....

one I saw recently, referred it to insurance company who repaired it by replacing the complete front rad support etc. Initial cause was an excursion off a gazetted road into a drain, destroying both front rims etc also. These cracks appeared 6 months after the initial accident, NO offroad work or rough roads eitherVehicle has 102,000km only, stock as no bar etc etc.
I have seen quite a few like this, but most have had a hard life though.
The battery boxes were both broken too, front body mounts also.

I have seen similar on d1 which have hard 4wd use. The front two body mounts go which will then put excess strain on the two body mounts by the front footwells which then crack and worse case I have seen is push completey through. Normally first picked up by chasing vibration issues in a car.
Certainly, RRC's and D1's are really bad for the footwell issues. I have seen a few written off due to excessive structural damage, battery boxes broken etc etc,and one I lifted the body, and engine out to MIG the floor and bulkhead etc up.
My RRC was like that when I bought it, during the Isuzu conversion I fully seem welded the bulkhead spotwelded joins, reinforced the floor and repaired the 2 bulkhead mount brackets.
The reason I now am building up a 110 for touring, as the RRC has now decided to crack the A pillars...
