D2 Steering Repairs - Advice please
OK, after doing some poking around the other day when my harmonic balancer "fell off", I have some repairs to do to the steering. The ball joint on the end of the drag link (connected to the drop arm), is worn. I need to get a ball joint separator, and land rover will only sell the arm and ball joint in one piece for about $280. Two questions -
1. I assume I can get a ball joint separator at supercheap, or autobarn?
2. Can I get the ball joint on its own from anywhere?
Next, power steering pump is leaking.
1. Is it likely its just the o ring on the low pressure return, or is a leaking pump best just replaced?
Lastly, anyone got any tips or tricks for flushing the power steering lines, and steering box.

You don't really need a ball joint separator, all I did was hit the sides of the knuckle where it goes into the hole with a hammer, which released the taper. You can replace one ball joint, but if you want to replace the other one you have to replace the whole arm as it is crimped in place.
