I will close this with a summary of my actions:
The HP lone (green) was obviously chafed and split.
The other lines were tested with air in a bucket of water. The blue line had a nick in it.
Boought new lines from Ritters, covered them completely in spiral rap, and also put rubber tape on the edge of the "guide" that bolts to the chassis. Used copious zip locks to hold lines tight and clear from chassis.
FIXED.
