Trying to wire this in using an on-off switch rather than a on-on switch

The reason is long and complicated

A fella at work worked out how I can do it using two changeover relays. Which is good, but if one relay didn't open at the same time then it would create a short

So... does anyone know where I can get a relay that will reverse polarity or a pair of changeover relays that have been ganged together?

This is how the diverter works

Incorporates six ports including returns, draws .5 amps max. at 12 Volts, fits 3/8" I.D. hose for fuel supply and 5/16" hose for return lines. double pole double throw center off switch would have been my answer.
