    D2 Battery Draw

Sorry if this has been discussed before, could not find it in search.

Had a dead battery, so replaced.
Question is,there is a draw on the battery when all is off.
Around .3amp and the autolec said he'd like to see .05amp or lower,(bit like a RBT).
Bad joke, Anyway, he said he thinks the draw on the battery might drop after 1/2hr or so, he'd like to know more on this side of d2's as has not had to deal with many.

Could some one guide me in the right direction as to the correct figures in this situation. 2002 D2 v8 auto.
    Thanks

    Smile

The battery on my D1 has been going flat for about 2 years now and I could not find out why. I knew there was something draining the battery but could not find it. Since reading this post, I disconnected my electric brake controller, then left it parked for 4 days. This is usually long enough to kill the battery. It started up as though it was a new battery. Thank you, to you all.
