Never used a oil/wax or silicone base treatments, they may be good for saddle leather but not modern car interior.
Cars like RRS need a waterbase product, definately not wipes or similar they are neutralisers for urine and similar.

If you use oil or silicone base, they attract more dirt and in turn dry out the leather.

Try Lazy Leather, comes recommended by my vehicle trimmer and many sites I visited.

Thanks for that Big Guy.In the back of my mind I was thinking of what you wrote about the difference in leathers.

Gliptone is the go. cleaner to clean, treatment to soften.

Practical Classics recently did a leather cleaner / treatment test & Gliptone came out on top.

Now to get some for the P38 seats .
