What I would like to know is, what is the trick to pulling the plastic covers off for the up rights? So I don't break the plastic clips

I recently got mine done by Airtrim in Slacks Creek and I thought he said the colour was "Fawn". Cost about $450 and he did everyting, even fished out the seat bealt slider cover and glued it together, that I broke while hanging on to load the roof rack.
