    R380/LT230 Overhaul Manuals

Does anyone have a PDF copy they would like to upload to the Files section?

I can swap for a 300 Tdi Overhaul Manual?

    Done!

    R380
    LT230T
    LT230Q

Note that the manuals for the transfer box posted are for the "T" and "Q"-suffixes respectively. For other suffixes than these I don't have anything available. Hope this helps.
    Cheers

There are people who spend all weekend cleaning the car.
And there are people who drive Discovery.

I think (am sure) the manual is wrong WRT the 5th/rev syncrohub detents facing 5th gear in the r380.

I think they should face reverse.

be careful. Make a note of which way they face when you strip the box.

Seriously having just done this, take a lot of pictures. you will probably need them!

    Thanks for the heads up

I don't plan on a full rebuild, just the two output bearings
