I really should have said 'about' 8 litres, I just pour till the dipstick says stop as per whichever way the manual says to check the oil.
The press pins fell out of the 2 and 5 rockers , I have not removed the cam carrier as I have no replacement cam or rockers. Or the proper socket for the head bolts.
What I did today was go get some 3mm roll pins and put some 2 part metal epoxy in the pins and push them in enough to secure the centre piece back in the rocker without going in too far to block the internal oil gallery lubricating the roller.
Much easier than tapping and screwing in grub screws. The epoxy is to stop the oil coming up the middle of the roll pin.
So then found out I have to remove fan to get to crank bolt to spin motor while adjusting the injector clearance and promptly called it quits for the evening after a few feeble attemps.
And fan is a bit wobbly too,so another job (meaning more $$$)
And what a bloody convoluted cooling setup !!! (but that's another story)
For anyone that reads this I have put the repaired worn rockers back in service as of yesterday.
No idea how long they will last but there is nothing better than empirical evidence to learn from.
Maybe someone who has done this can chime in re their experience on the matter.
