Hi All,

I need to replace my brake master cylinder on my 2001 Series II, TD5 as (although my brakes work), I can slowly depress the brake pedal to the floor.

I noticed a thread elsewhere that showed:

The TRW part numbers for the TD5 RHD master cylinders are:

PNM220 - from chassis #3A000000
PMN221 - From chassis #.: XA232917 To Chassis #: 2A999999

My chassis number is SALLTGM931A728263

Am I correct in assuming that I need the PNM220 ?

I was going to just do the kit (around $110), but I am lead to believe that its just easier and not much more expensive to simply replace the entire unit(about $220).
