Time on td5 deefer clutch change.

Dont let your dealer rip you off.

I know for a fact that it can be done in about 4 hours.

why I now know this is not up for discussion but rest assured from hot a TD5 engine pull and clutch change takes 4 hours, 4:15 if you have to change the fly wheel.

You make it look easy. Do you have to pull the floor out to get to the bellhousing bolts on those ?

nope, you do it all from the top with the exception of the following items...

2 nuts holding the trans cooler to the engine
    the exhaust mount rubbers
the bottom 6 bolts on the bell housing (and then if you're desperate you can get 4 of those from the top)

routing 2 of the coolant hoses is easier from the bottom on install but you can do it from the top as well.
