Carling (mud) hazard warning switch 110 TD5 2001
Hope someone will be able to help with the correct wire to pin number
I’m currently installing the Carling (mud) hazard warning switch. However their wire code (colour) doesn’t match the wire colour in my 2001 TD5 110.
HAZARD SWITCH
TD5 (In pin order / configuration)
Black (Earth)........................................... .................................................. ..............................
Red orange .................................(Switch light)............................Blue white.................(Blinkers)
Green.........................................(Pow er with ignition) ..................Black red.................(Blinkers)
Purple.........................................(Co nstant power)........................Blue red..................(Blinkers)
White green................................(Power with ignition)....................Green brown..........(Blinkers)
Carling instructions ....................Pin Number .................................Thinking
White green.......................................1..... ......................................White green
Purple............................................ ...3............................................Pu rple
Black............................................. ..10 (earth).................................Black
Light Green......................................2 ............................................Blue white.......(Blinkers)
Light Green brown...........................5................. ............................Green brown...(Blinkers)
Green red.......................................12...... .......................................Black red........(Blinkers)
Green white...................................18........ .....................................Blue Red.........(Blinkers)
Red white.......................................8.(swi tch light)..........................Red orange
This leaves one wire (Green = power when ignition is on) unattached from original switch
Any help much appreciated.
