Height blocks for setting EAS heights

I've just changed a height sensor on my '94 soft-dash Rangie and need to recalibrate the ECU, had a fiddle with it using a tape measure from wheel rim to mudguards to get it even but this has rendered less than ideal results, the car now feels like it has a list to port.
I believe the correct method is to use blocks that are stepped to the factory spec bump-stop gaps for the 4 height programs. Wondering if anyone can tell me the 4 thicknesses for these spacers, front and rear? Also to confirm they are used at the bump-stop? If i know the correct heights I can make some stepped blocks on the bandsaw and the job will be a piece of cake with EASunlock software.
This info is probably on my CDRom workshop manual, but my old computer has carked it and the CD won't work with windows 7 on the new machine.

An EAS Kicker from either HARDRANGE or Blackbox Solutions is a worthwhile investment while the dollars good.
Get the updated one with height adjustment.

As for the blocks, I couldn't say......

......however, below is the factory measurements for different heights. Start at the standard height then measure distance where blocks would be placed. This is your standard block size.
From there, add and subtract the sizes as per. Below and this is your block set.

    Easy peasy.

The measurements below under L&R etc are what I have done so far with my EAS Kicker.
Height is measured from centre of wheel arch to the ground as per Factory instructions.

    EAS Settings
    EXT (850mm). L. R
    FR
    RR

    HIGH (830mm) L. R
    FR
    RR

    STD.(790mm) L. R
    FR. 104. 101
    RR. 121. 120

    LOW. (770mm). L. R
    FR
    RR

    ACC.(730mm). L. R
    FR. 60. 60
    RR. 80. 80

I searched before posting, think my search skills are not as sharp as some perhaps, always seem to come up with a million irrelevant threads.

Will have a look, I've found the EASKicker does everything I need so far, along with a manual control box I can hook up if things die whilst I'm on the road plus some schraeder valve fittings for if the compressor carks it. Had a cracked height sensor housing which has been okay up until the wet weather of the past few weeks, kept faulting and resetting itself. New one seems to have fixed that.
