    Help!!!! D2 Imobiliser issue

I have a major problem and I need your help.

The D2 has been sitting in the driveway for the last month waiting for a new key. The new key came and the locksmith complete with code etc and it still wouldn't program.

It appears the immobliser has locked due to too many tries with the emergency access code. It will allow the car to open but as soon as the key goes into the ignition the alarm sounds and no code will stop it.

I live 150km from the nearest dealer and really dont want to have to tow it there. What can I try? Can I pull out the computer and send it to someone? This is really starting to cause me issues as I need to get the car to move.

Thanks in advance everyone and i'll try not to be as much of a stranger.

If an incorrect code has been entered:

[FONT="Lucida Sans Unicode"][COLOR="DarkRed"][B]Here is an excerpt straight out of my owners book for my 1999 D2

"If an incorrect code has been entered, the alarm
sounder will sound once and the anti-theft
alarm indicator light will continue to flash. In
this case, return to operation ‘1’ and re-enter
    the code.
After three failed entry attempts, the security
system invokes a delay period of ten minutes
during which the system will not accept any
further attempts to enter a code."

I had this happen when the remote battery went flat, i could unlock the car but as you say the alarm would sound when the key went in the ignition. It took a few goes to get it right but unless you have the wrong code that for some reason only unlocks the doors it should work.

Yeah it has happened a few times before but this time it is apparently completely locked. Even pluging in a computer to the port it wont talk to it

    Disconnect battery for an hour...

Sounds like BCU may be faulty
