    HELP!!!!

My brother in law borrowed my SIIA and decided to do some "maintenence" for me while he had it He removed the hose coming from the brake power booster while the engine was running, which caused it to stall, and now the brake peddle is hard and there is virtually no brakes, as the pedal has no travel Any ideas what has happened and how to fix it? Any advice would be appreciated, and yes, I have already been advised to keep the brother in law away from my LR in future!

    Hi Dave.

He did put the hose back on. I checked and the hose clips are tight. It feels as though the shoes may be pressing right against the drums.

    Hi dobbo.

No, its not that simple. I'll try and give the shoes an adjustment, perhaps when the hose was removed the shoes expanded against the drums? I don't know, but at this stage I'll try nearly anything! Most people are not stupid, they just lack the knowledge or skill necessary to do a particular job--then, there are the politicians
