yes, yes, and yes.

If leak off line isn't available at the shops you visit, try a Diesel Mechanic who does Mercedes Benz stuff - their injector leak off line is the same. Apparently, it fits snug and the diesel causes it to shrink onto the fitting. Small tie wraps also help as they get older.

just replaced these a month or 2 ago around $10 ea from your local land rover dealer (where i got mine from anyway)

What's a "Local" Landrover dealer and where do I find one. I thought they were listed on the endangered species registrar. Haven't seen any around my way for a long time.

I went and got some suitable fuel line and used that bought a couple of meters for next to nothing, and keep a spare meter in the car.

I'll also point out the hose closest to the firewall doesn't appear to be there or connected at all but it may be blanked off can't remember

The end one near the firewall is blanked off. And yes I did mine a couple of years ago with standard fuel line from Repco for about $5 per metre. have the left over in the garage as spare. No point going genuine for these kind of thing as the vehilces are getting old.

You can also get a steel spill rail for a 300Tdi like those fitted to most Japanese diesels if you want to spend $100. Land Rover parts - PIPE - SPILL RETURN - L/R DEF+DISC 300 TDI (see pic)

I had one lying around but at the last service my mechanic renewed them all with hose automatically, so it's been sold on.

1/ I assume these are fuel return yes?
2/ They don't have any clamps so I assume there is only low pressure?
3/ The one that leaks has a small split in it. Where do I get a replacement? can this be purchased at any auto parts store off the roll?

Any Fuel line that fits will do the job, don't waste money, just buy whatever size fuel line, shouldn't cost more than five dollars and five minutes to fit, Regards Frank.
