    130 Chassis options

    Just sold my beautiful 110 County 3.9 diesel and now have the L-R that is a little more practical for my needs, But...

    The new arrival: A '97 130 300TDi that needs another chassis and suspension components. It's in Brisbane.

    Does anyone here know of where I can source another chassis for this car?

    I just missed a full gal & powdercoated rolling chassis that MR Automotive sold for what appears to be very cheap (aint that the way). If anyone has leads to the whereabouts for another chassis than that would be very much appreciated.

    I'm also after someone to perform the chassis swap for me.

    This is an unpleasant admission on my part as there is nothing more satisfying than doing your own work. But time, space and distance conspire against me so $ must be parted with to close that gap.

    Can you help?

    130 Chassis

    Check Land Rover Classic parts. They had a brand new 130 chassis not long back am sure it had 300tdi mounts as well.

    Thanks for the heads up mate! I just bought the last 130 300TDi crew cab chassis they had in stock at the princely sum of $1585 delivered. My understanding is that this item listed for more than $8500 originally but less than expected call for them here in Oz meant that this one was sitting there going cheap. I understand there is one cab-chassis still there. I would have thought that they were all identical but apparently not with some variation between model and engine type.

    Pretty sure Matt (rovercare) would do the chassis changeover for you, he's done it before and has all the gear to do it, just he's in Vic thats all. Sure he'll tune in soon
