    Question Repairs to Polyair bags

    Hi,
Has anyone heard of successful repairs to a Polyair bag when it develops a leak? Wondered if this was as possible alternative to replacing it.
    thanks

On my last vehicle had a leak on one of the red Polyairs (with a clamp on hose fitting, not the pushin) I removed it from car, pressurised and traced the leak to where the hose fitting was bonded in at top. I deflated it as much as I could and used one of those tyre inflation/goop aerosols to reinflate. pumped up to 20 lbs and inverted, and left for a few days. Reinstalled, and it was still holding air etc 2 years later when I sold the vehicle.
