    Rear Door Sub woofer installation

    Hey everyone just wondering what models (if any) came out with a factory rear door subwoofer? and if so does anyone know where these can be purchased and if they can be installed in a D2?

    The High Spec D2's (ES / HSE) had a Harmon Kardon system which included a rear door 2 speaker sub woofer. You would also need the amp which sits under the front passenger seat.

    Not sure where to get them from,.... other than a wrecker or if you are lucky, ebay.

    hey chris sorry for the long awaited reply and thankyou very much for your help it was very much appreciated. actually ended up going down a different path and built a custom rear door 'speaker box' rather than going for the one that i enquired about.

    haha yer it looks that way but its really not that loud at all because the two speakers are only running of the head unit which i re wired from what used to go to the door speakers (rear) and the sub is only 8inch running of a 600watt amplifier, so all in all great quality sound but not too loud which is what i was hoping for!
