I was wrong(ish)! :eek:
I should have measured the lamps before looking at the Hella cattledog. :(
I now think the lamps are Hella 2319 and/or 2320. They are LH and RH versions of the same lamp. They are much smaller at 158w x 64h x 51d.
I can, if needs be, just order some new lenses. They are available as a spare part.
I bought a pair of LED Tech 151BAR2 rear combination lights for $45 the pair - much cheaper than I expected and much cheaper than Narva.
They were bigger than the hole but shallower so they could be tilted and then slipped in through the opening. The mounting bolts had the same spacing as the Hella (100mm). They sit a bit far back into the bar so I may fix it in the future. Maybe.
I'd need to make threaded spacers so it may not happen.

As you can see, the lights sit back a bit far. For looks, I should bring them out a bit more.
