I dont know much about discos but generally with central locking:
the master lock actuator on the drivers door controls all the other door locks, so start there.

On most cars the master actuator in the drivers door has 4 wires, a 12v +/- feed and two control cables for lock and unlock - these are usually negative trigger so can try disconnecting these wires from the actuator and touch one or other to ground to test lock/unlock your other doors. Also check you are getting the 12v feed (fuse gone?)

A new master actuator is around 12 bucks from jcar so can try replacing it for a start.

Replace the battery in your key fob if you havent done that already!
