92 disco front axle assembly swap
Anyone know if the complete front axle assembly from a 92 disco is able to be used as a direct replacement for a 86 range rover one ?

The different areas could be in the mounts ,usually if RRC86 was an EFI job then that was the year the RRC changed to the bigger mounts on the Panhard Rod and radius rods so they should be okay. The brakes should be the same ,twin hose metric calipers, both are 10 spliners , No ABS on either , Cant think of why it wouldnt be a straight bolt in .
Then ,because its the same as the 86RRC anyway, why change it all ?
Actually, arent the CVs in the RRC the stronger type than in the 92 Disco ?
