Thread: Durapro head gasket for 300TDI

Today I finally got around to calling the mechanic that changed the head gasket on my Disco 300TDI when I broke down 5 hours away from home to find out what brand it was.... At the time I didn't care - I just wanted the Landy running and figured I'd deal with it later. He used a Durapro head gasket.

I know a lot of people only recommend the Elring and if I was to change it, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase the Elring. The question is, how long do I go with my Durapro!

Anyone used a Durapro head gasket before?

Get yourself all the bits to do a gasket change and just sit on them until it goes...
