considering pretty much any off the shelf center is going to be hypoid, I personally would look for something with good ratio availabilty, good locker options and good axle size options..Im guessing off the top of my head the aftermarket ford 9 would fill this part. Id get custom housings to bolt into the rover made by someone like Ruffstuff specialties, running modded rover hubs and stub axles for 35 spline Hi-tough axles. Ashcroft have addressed the ARB locking collar problems with the ford 9....CVs id look at toyota 80 series...Im still thinking with some little machine work they can be made to fit in a coiler swivel :confused:
