91 RRC ABS/Brake problem
Chaps, It was a dark and stormy night. I was at Kennards to hitch a tailor and all was fine. We plugged the seven pin plug in and went to test the lights, as you do. The brake pedal went to the floor. The ABS pump was buzzing away.
I assume the fact I have a modicum of retardation is the dual braking system. (Possibly the rear's only?)
There is plenty of Dot 5 in the reservoir.
Help
Please
Thank you

'post hoc ergo proctor hoc'; don't assume that the events immediately prior to your ABS failure are necessarily the cause. I would be having a close look at the wiring to your trailer plug of course, as well as checking all fuses, but in all likelihood your 21-year-old ABS pump or accumulator has chosen this moment to fail.
