Help in Esperance with Trans oil cooler lines

Hi all, well down in Esperance from Perth to visit the olds. I have had one of the swaged fittings go a month or so ago and I put a hose clamp on and all seemed fine.

So wer'e on the way down on Friday morning and were stopped in Kondinin having a coffee and I check under the car to see if I have any leaks.....(normal land rover owner habit) and I see the dreaded land rover blood all down the left hand side of the disco and a puddle near the front left wheel. NOT AGAIN!!!

So the next hour and a half is removing a and retightening the clamp and making sure its tight. The next 400 odd k's are spent worrying about the pipe popping off and being stuck.....

Well we got to Esperance and I went to bunnings and got a lawn mower oil removal pump kit and with another small section of hose and a bike pump I modified the oil removal pump to reverse the action from oil removal to oil installation instead.

So after removing the Allen key grub screw from the front of the sump I used my modified kit to pump two liters of dextron 3 back in. I thought all was good and felt pretty satisfied with my driveway fix.

So were out for a drive around down the Esperance jetty after getting the family coffee and hot chocolates from macca's cause the coffee cat has finished for the day and I notice a nice trail of auto oil back along the road and ending in a nice puddle under my car in the car park. Aaaarrgh. Sure enough when we drive back to the olds place there's a trail of oil from the driveway no doubt all around Esperance.

So I need to find out where in Esperance I can get some small sections of hose made up. I looked through the good oil and found the thread on the enzed hyd lines and pushlok fittings.

Is there any hydraulic hose/pipe companies that you can recommend me going to tomorrow morning ? I plan to get a couple of sections fitted or manufactured for me to fit to replace the sections of rubber hose. Happy to keep the rest of the pipes in.

Here till tues morning as the plan was to drive home to Perth Tuesday and have wed off before flying back out to work on thurs. Fingers crossed.....

Fixed the trans oil cooler line leak in esperance

Went to WT Hydraulics in Norseman rd, John was a big help and I would recommend him if u need help. Fixed the line myself with some advice from John and he gave me a free hose clamp to do it with.
