It should be a very easy swap... just dont forget defender“s dont have an wastegate modulator on the turbo, so you should the one form old engine
If it was me, I would run then new engine 1000kms with new oil and filters and then change them all again![]()
When all is ready, make some fuelling readings of the new engine with the nanocom and email them to me... I will see if everything is running like a swiss watch
