It isn't a difficult task to clean and adjust, but replacing the actuator etc after the system crashes is, and is expensive too

Just had to perform my first manual epb release this weekend. Easy process (with a little help from aulro )
My question is, what's next? Is it just a clean up & adjust? Or am I up for a new actuator? (if so, how much?)
Car will be going to Ritters for a pre Fraser Island service in a couple of weeks anyway, black tape over the flashing light 'til then?
