    Machining Manifolds

Will be getting to the stage of fitting the motor to the rolling chassis of my RRC soon, so was thinking it may be a good idea to get the Extractors and Inlet Manifold (Edelbrock) machined before fitting them to the engine.

Looking for recommendations for somewhere on the Northside of Brisbane to get this done.

Or should I not bother and just hope they are ok ??

I wouldn't get the intake done because it will lower the manifold in the valley . That in turn takes the ports out of alignment . The exhaust would depend on if it was leaking beforehand

Machine intake manifold only if heads &/ or block has been machined. Any competant engine builder shpuld be able to work out how much to take off.
