Thread: Defender gauges foggy

    Mine does it, think its due to having the front vents open and cold air on the backs of the gauges.

    But it adds to the character, its not really that important in the grand scheme of things though.

    My county does it and it doesn't have vents..

    Land Rover issued a bulletin for this problem nearly 20 years ago.

    The fix is to drill a small breather hole is the casing of the gauge.

    Cheers scouse Ile give it a go on the fuel gauge but I think the temp will be replaced with a vdo unit
