front RRC diff does seals all the time

Ia few years ago I bought a Quaife diff in an old pre metric RRC diff centre.
It leaked via the pinion seal so I gave it a complete rebuild including new pinion bearings and carrier bearings and new Yoke.
Since then I have been to Cape York and recently to Rockhampton and North including only about 2days off road in Byfield.

Dang me but the pinion seal is leaking ONCE AGAIN!

I am wondering whether the PO had a big accident and the pinion has a slight bend which makes it wobble. I didn't check it with a dial gauge but who would?
The vent was clear last time I checked and oil came out beautifully clean when I last checked and yes the bearing preloads were correct.
Any way out ideas? or do I just get down and dirty once again.
I guess I could swap the Quaife to my RRC diff but what a hassle it is changing diffs.
    Regards Philip A

Phillip I had the same thing with a Salisbury, I kept doing pinion seals even replaced the flange with a reconditioned one but it still leaked.
In desperation I bought a brand new flange and replaced it again and its been working perfectly for the last 5 years.

I did too! I used the word Yoke but same as flange. Come to think of it yoke is the thing that bolts to the flange so flange it is.

Is your prop shaft actually true? Whilst you'd probably feel a vibration, if the uni at the diff end is not quite centered or the prop shaft isn't straight it'll flog out seals.

    Yeah second on that

Blocked breather which will build up pressure meaning it will find the weakest point to let it out. which happens to the diff seal.
