    Brighter Headlight Globes

Has anyone got these or equivalent? Are they as good as claimed and worth the money?

I was asked " Is it ignorance or apathy?" I replied "I don't know and I don't care."

I fitted +50s about 4 yrs ago in both the P38 and a VX Calais. Significant improvement over the then standard halogens. I don't like to do a lot of long distance night driving these days... but on long stretches where there's no oncoming traffic, they're quite effective.

From a safety point of view there's always the risk that when you dip the very bright high beams for oncoming traffic at highway speeds, you're effectively driving outside the range of low beam ...
