Hi Rick
I bought my Dana gear set from RovingTracks - Superior Accessories for your Land Rover or 4x4
And Keith was able to supply a custom made flange,to allow the standard tail shaft to bolt up using the standard Rover flange. Most of the others that I have seen or heard of,require the shaft to me modified to mount up to a flange that is similar to a Jeep setup, where the cups on the cross are held on the flange by a piece of flat metal that is bent to cover the cup and bolts to the flange.
I can highly recommend calling Keith and having a talk to him,if thinking of going down this road.
Sorry Rick,I have never done a thread,as it is just an old truck, with some bits and pieces on it,that not many would be interested in![]()

Keith from roving tracks is looking for a few more people to be interested in his rear end Dana60 35spline conversion at the moment (think about 3 kits) otherwise he is stopping production...for further info get in touch with mick (cal415) or myself ...
Regards
What size tyres are you blokes running to feel you need 35 splines ? I'm not bagging anyone just curious that's a fair size axel and alo of work to make it fit
Its a good point to bring up as yes most people will not have a problem with standard driveline however in my case I'm running 35's as its still a road going vehicle but the main reason I am aiming for an uprated driveline is that I have a considerable amount more power than any land rover motor (same said for cal415) and would like to use the power to its potential...
Fair call then what have you got on bord?
