This is the same as I have on my D1 SRS. What has not been mentioned here is that you cannot winch directly off the bullbar if it has crush cans.
The mounting plate bolts directly between the chassis rails, making for a very strong mounting point. The winch has to be mounted feet up, and the cable feeds out through a slot in front of the drum. I have a Warn 9000, as as mentioned above, there are only 2 Warn winches that will fit, and mine also has 2 off shims under the feet to bring it in to line.
The correct ARB bullbar is p/n: 3432050, which also has a cut out in the shape of a "W" to mount the control box.
There was one of the mounting plates laying in the ARB agents shop in Bangkok, I could check if it is still there, but freight on it would probably break the bank! If ARB was interested they could ship it with a load of other stuff from their factory in Thailand, but I doubt that they would bother.
There was a very good photo of the bar, complete with the mounting plate at the following, but it appears to have been taken down. If you ask them they may send it to you: ARB Bull Bars and Winch Bars -- EE -- Expedition Exchange Incorporated
My fairlead is also mounted with just 2 bolts. And as also mentioned the winch hangs very low and collects all the crud. I have it sealed up with Denso tape, and a fan fed vent hose attachment would also be a good idea.
