Indeed. If 19.9 lb it is an 11 kg weight saving over a Super Charge N70... For 20x the price!!!

That will make a big difference in a 3000 kg vehicle...

Some people have too much money.

    I need to sit down...

That is one exxy weight reduction program! I'd be a bit concerned with Lithium ion batteries in an application where they may be subjected to a bit of abuse / water.

then again, I may have spent a bit too much time watching weird @^*% on youtube.

And why do D4's always get so heavy when people post here?...

I purchased a new 4wd when the other one was going fine too....

BTW, the 22 kg I save may just keep it legal GVM when out touring, and they have been hot on it around my way with 4wds and vans being stopped and weighed..

Plus I dont want much more over the front end (bar, winch etc all add up)

As for N70 - the D4 requires Optima style D34 size... At Optima prices, this isnt so bad...

And the capacity is far greater than I can get an Optima to produce

Hi Mike and don’t forget to give me a call when you get the lithium battery, so I can charge your dual battery isolator.

You can not use the SHEARED mode with a lithium/lead acid battery mix as the lead acid batteries will discharge the lithium and conventional isolators will also not work with them.

How much do you weigh? Any chance you could lose 22kg? Might be cheaper to go on a diet and exercise program than buy the batteries.
