    rangie problem

    Hi all,
    Can any one help? i have a 1990 Rangie classic, and i want to read the fault codes, I have have what i believe to be a list of codes and what they pertain to however the repair manual does not explain what to use and how to get the codes out of the ecu.
    please help OH much knowledgable landy owners,

    You need a fault code reader.
    They are standard in US models so I got one from a US wrecker for $50, but then he realised that they could be valuable.
    There is a company in UK that makes them.Just google 14CUX code reader or similar.
    Anyway IMHO they are of limited use unless you have 02 sensors, as the old 14CUX is pretty dumb.
