    Td5 auto - UNDER FUELLING?

My Td5 runs beautifully. It was rebuilt early 2012. My problem is that I just drove from Melbourne up to Brisbane and well..... it seems to be lacking power especially when wanting to accelerate to overtake. In fact it has so little get up and go from say 90kmh, it's scary! It acts as if it isn't getting enough fuel. Even if I manually select 3rd it seems to get busy without any appreciable acceleration.
Just wondering if either my fuel pump is adjusted too fine, or if it is possibly on the way out (really hope it's not the latter).

    How can I test this?

Have you checked for simpler, cheaper things like lack of boost?

    1998 300 Tdi Defender Trayback 2006 - often fitted with a Trayon slide-on camper.

    td5 underfueling

Check your turbo modulator hoses for splits/cracks etc.
could even be the modulator itself. Not a particularly pricey item.
