You'll need to get someone to hook it up to a diagnostic tool to read the EKA code if you don't have the card.

You can always try the local Land Rover dealer - When I got my D1 last year I phoned the Sydney dealer who originally sold it,quoted the VIN number and they gave me the EKA no problems.
Mind you it didn't work, as it turned out the plastic cam on the key barrel that works the micro switch had been replaced with an piece of aluminium but was loose and not triggering the switch properly.
