I can't answer your actual question, but some issues that come to mind with big lifts are:
relocation of ball joint for rear A-frame
raise upper shockie mounts for longer travel shockies
slot swivel balls to correct castor
modify trailing arms and chassis mount
depending on what your wheelbase is, high angle uni-joints for front and rear drive shafts
4" lift is getting into the region where you need an adjustable panhard
stronger steering links
longer brake lines
