With those kms, IMO Looking at the 2 TDI300 in my piles of bits, one has those kms original, 1 has less than that ( unknown) and looking at another recently with less than those kms,

I would be planning on a complete rebuild, nothing less and definitely not skippng a full reco or replacement of the head.

I should say I have never had the pleasure of owning a serviceable 300 tdi yet.

I will also add that if it is well mainatained then you may find an odd weeping seal or gasket but you wont find oil leaks, nor leaking coolant old hoses, Injector pump, Lift pump, Diffs, gearboxes etc.
