Get a rope with a bit if stretch, thread and adjust to suit your arse!

I fixed mine with a ratchet strap, made several loops between the bars, like a nylon strap base. Quick, cheap and firm.

I ordered a full set of their seat covers last year for my D2 and the freight was pretty steep for a one off large box. Shipping by the sea container load would be a lot more efficient.
