I wouldnt bother, since the FL2 uses independent suspension you dont have the same volume that can trap water like a live axle.
I have a 2012 Freelander 2 SD4 SE and am planning some ventures which will require some creek crossings and was wondering what advice other members had regarding the fitting of diff breathers.![]()

It would not surprise me if the FL2 did not already have extended diff breathers - my FL1 certainly did on the front IRD.
